- Pick up between 7:00 PM and 7:45 PM
- Dinner: from 8:30 PM
- Show: from 10:00 PM until 11:15 PM

Booking Information
- Our customer service team will confirm your booking through e-mail.
- Bookings made after 6:30 PM will be processed the following day.
- There are no actual tickets to the show. The booking will be made under your name and the name of our tour agency.
- You just need to tell your name at the reception of the theater.
- If you wish, you will be able to print the receipt after making payment.
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
