We absolutely loved our trip to the waterfalls. For us, the type of path to the falls was very important, and we were happy to find well-maintained metal walkways with a grid-like surface, which made the journey much easier and more comfortable. Our guide, Emanuel, was outstanding—knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor, and very well-informed about the local flora and fauna. A true naturalist! He was also incredibly attentive and caring. The entire tour was perfectly organized, down to the minute. All the drivers were highly professional. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing experience, guide couldn’t of been any better. He mapped out what we were going to see in the park and how we were going to go about it. He explained everything in detail and was bilingual (English & Spanish) we took a break for lunch at the exact time are feet & stomach needed it.

This was an all day action packed adventure since we elected to do both sides of the falls. Our guide was accommodating, so energetic, knowledgeable and prepared for everything. Blister? He’s got bandaids, Nordic body dying of heat and no hat? Boom he gives you his own hat, needing a boost? He will teach you how to brew Mate and share his coveted mate with you! He knows EVERYONE and everyone loves him. Having the door to door service was amazing, I really appreciated being able to just enjoy my trip with out having to figure out connections and transfers. The drivers were the best we’ve had and we could not have asked for a better day!

Jose and Andres, our drivers were very professional, courteous and expert. Emmanuel, our tour guide was exceptional - very knowledgeable and accommodating. We got to see the entire falls, plus the Tres Fronteras and had an exceptional dinner in Iquazu - all in one long day. This was one of the best experiences in our lives.

The day trip was wonderful. We were picked up at our hotel on time and dropped off at the airport. Our driver and guide Ana picked us up at the destination airport and took us to the falls. Ana is a local who does tours at the fall almost daily. Ana new the falls ask us what we want to do and gave us her recommendations on how we should proceed to see everything. She went at our pace and we saw everything. When the park closed Ana and our drive retuned us to the airport. another driver picked us up at the return airport and dropped us at our hotel. Everything worked like clockwork.

This trip is the biggest high risk/high reward excursion I have been on. You begin the trip flying on JetSmart, an economy airline. If you have any meaningful delays on the outbound, your whole outing can be dramatically altered. We were delayed but only for about 45 minutes. When we arrived, the outing was magnificent. Iguazu is spectacular and our guide was exceptional. It is truly a wonder to behold and our guide masterfully took us though the experience. It was outstanding. We then flew back on JetSmart and again were reminded how tenuous that experience could be as most flights out that night were cancelled but luckily ours was only delayed for about an hour. We had an incredible time but buyers should know the small margin of error between “time of your life” and frustration. We had an incredible outing.

Our visit to Iguazu was seemless. The pickup driver was at the hotel at 430 am to take us to the airport for a 615 am flight. The local guide Emmanual was absolutely amazing. He was fun, super knowledgeable, and was like having our own photographer. His English was terrific. We had plenty of time to go on all 3 pathways. We saw alot of wildlife including many birds, coati, monkeys. We arrived back in Buenas Aires at 1130pm and the same driver was there ready for us. A not to miss experience.

The communication with the vendor was fantastic. Máximo and I were in constant contact about the arrangements, including accommodations for my mobility issues. When JetSmart canceled our return flight, he had fixed it before I even reached out to him. Our tour guide, Emmanuel, was beyond AMAZING. Even with my mobility issues, he made sure I was able to tour all 3 circuits, going to the moon and back to help me. We saw ALL the views. He accommodated whatever changes we wanted to make. This tour is worth every penny!

Emmanuel was a very knowledgeable and fun tour guide. Pickup and drop-off drivers were punctual and comfortable rides.

Ok... first off we ended up not being able to go due to Airplane issues. When we approached the Airline they said if we cancel and not take new departure time we may loose are ticket fees. There was no guarantees but we ended up having to cancel as the new flight times would have made it impossible to spend much or any time befor the last entry allow at the Falls. Our tour operator worked with airline and got our money back. This was a great surprise from what the airline told us. Maximo (our tour operator) from the very beginning was awesome and prompt with itinerary and help all the way upto and after. So although I cannot comment on the Falls or that part.... I want to recognize Maximo and the tour service he provided.. when we come back to BA we will use him again.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Tag an den Iguazú-Wasserfällen. Es war ein perfekter Tag. Wenn wir ohne Guide unterwegs gewesen wären, hätten wir es nicht geschafft im Rahmen eines Tagesausflugs so viele schöne Eindrücke zu sammeln und soviel Spaß zu haben. Dieser Ausflug ist wirklich bestens organisiert. Ob Back-Office, Fahrer Andrés oder Guide Michael: alle waren super nett und aufmerksam. Klar steht und fällt vieles damit ob der Flug morgens von Buenos Aires pünktlich ist - aber nach meiner Beobachtung ist die Verbindung sehr stabil.

The tour was fantastic from start to end. Transfers to and from our hotel and to and from the falls were very well organised and our guide at the falls was excellent. Best ever. I thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our whole day start to finish was outstanding. We were picked up at our scheduled time in the morning. Our driver came in to meet us in the lobby. From there we caught our flight to Iguazu Falls . Our Tour Guide met us at the airport and took us directly to the Falls. She was very informative on every site that we visited in the park. The falls are amazing, incredible! We also had a fantastic lunch in the park. Our flight home that evening was canceled. Our Guide informed us that the flight had been rescheduled . The Iguazu Falls were spectacular! The whole day went so smoothly from the pick up at our hotel at 5 am in the morning until the drop off at about 8.30 om. Our guide at the falls, Matteus, was fantastic. He made our trip so interesting and made sure we had lots of time to take photos. He also pointed out wildlife and flowers along the way, which we would not have seen on our own. A brilliant guide!

Der Flug nach Iguazu war 20min vor geplanter Ankunft gelandet, trotzdem war unser Guide Ana mit Fahrer pünktlich da. Ana hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung, ist überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, hat aber zu jeder Frage eine fundierte Antwort und geht sehr individuell auf alle Wünsche ein. Für den Tagesablauf im Nationalpark sind wir ihren Vorschlägen gefolgt und waren im Nachhinein von der gut durchdachten "Dramaturgie" begeistert. Es fand über den ganzen Tag immer eine Steigerung der Impressionen statt, mit extrem beeindruckendem Cataract del Diabolo am Ende. Außerdem hat uns Ana immer wieder Tiere und Pflanzen gezeigt, an denen man sonst teilweise vorbeigelaufen wäre. Rückfahrt zum Airport und Rückflug wieder genau "on time". Insgesamt ein sehr gut organisierter und durchgeführter Tag! Alle Kontakte sympathisch und zuverlässig. Absolut beeindruckend und empfehlenswert!

This was an absolutely incredible day trip. Everything was just magnificent, starting from the pickup at the hotel, to our actual tour in the national parc of Iguazu. The correspondence with manager of the company was smooth and friendly. He accommodated for our requests. Agustina Abrego, our tour guide in Iguazu, was a wonderful company. She is super knowledgeable. She had all the detailed information of the plants and the animals in Iguazu. She also taught us how to make Maté. She made our day super special.

The sight is a must see if tou travel to Argentina. The tour was excellent. Nothing to worry about as everything is prepared for you. Hotel pickup/drop-off, the plane tickets, the guided tour. As for the tour itself, Ana is a very experienced guide and she showed us a lot of things which we wouldnt jave noticed on our own, plus gave us many useful tips. We loved our tour guide Ana and Iguazu Falls, but had problems with the delayed flight of Jetsmart airline! The flight was delayed 3.5 hours- cutting our time in the park in half. So the only thing we got to see was garganta de diablo part of the falls which was great. I would suggest if at all possible to go for st least one night stay!

The whole Iguazu experience was amazing and has become such a special memory—definitely worth the effort! I was initially skeptical about how a day trip to Iguazu would work out, considering the logistics of airport transfers, flights, and sightseeing time. But everything went smoothly and exceeded expectations. Maximo was incredibly responsive from the moment I inquired about the tour, which immediately gave me confidence. He stayed attentive even after booking, ensuring we were well-informed and prepared. Our drivers in both Buenos Aires and Iguazu were polite, punctual, and professional. In Iguazu, our guide Gaston was fantastic—he spoke excellent English and was a wealth of knowledge. He tailored the tour to our interests, which made the experience feel truly personal. We did both the lower and upper trail walks, which I highly recommend—it's completely manageable within the 5-hour window. We were also lucky with the weather; a bit of rain helped cool things off, though it’s good to be prepared for heat. We had a SUPERB guide through Viator, Emanuel Tapia. He led us to see the whole Argentinian side of the park in one day, as we needed to return to BA that evening. He was so well informed about the park, geology of the falls, history, birds, wildlife, politics of water, and cultural values of the region, and led us smoothly and efficiently all day, leading us through lines and crowds with ease and ensuring we found good camera angles at each site. Even a late afternoon thunderstorm gave us the opportunity to see Toucans in the trees. It was one of the best guiding experiences of our lives! And the falls are simply a Wonder of the World! Trip of a lifetime - truly one of the world’s natural wonders. I was concerned that this might not work having been told repeatedly that it “ was non refundable no matter the cause” and I’m traveling in an unknown country. It was perfect from start to finish. It is a long day but totally worth it. Don’t forget sunscreen, umbrella ( it is sub tropic) and could rain or you can use to shade the sun, and water. Food choices are limited but certainly adequate. Our guide, Gaseon, was amazing. He can go fast or slow depending on your preference. I can’t stress enough that this day while long was certainly most worth it.

A fabulous day trip from start to finish, an absolutely amazing experience! We were guided by Gaston, who was fantastic throughout. We had plenty of time to explore this magical and magnificent set of falls, and the day was topped off with an exhilarating high-speed boat ride right up to one of the falls, also arranged by Gaston. Be sure to bring a swimming costume, you’ll get soaked, but it’s completely worth it! Other unforgettable highlights included watching toucans fly freely in their natural habitat and seeing an incredible variety of colorful butterflies. Truly a fabulous adventure all around!

We booked this trip based on the great reviews we saw on TripAdvisor—and we were not disappointed! At first, we were a bit skeptical because it was priced much lower than other one-day tours, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. To be clear, this review is about the tour company, BA Tour Guide—not Iguazu Falls itself, which is, of course, a breathtaking and awe-inspiring natural wonder reviewed thousands of times. What truly impressed us was how well this company delivered the entire experience. From the moment we booked, BA Tour Guide was extremely responsive and helpful. They provided complete information about what documents we needed for the flight, luggage restrictions, and exact pickup/drop-off times. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave us great confidence leading up to the tour. On the day of the trip, our driver arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. Although he didn’t speak much English, he was polite and pleasant. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride to the airport was smooth. Check-in and security at the airport were straightforward, and the flight departed on time. Upon arrival in Iguazu, our guide, Lorena, was waiting for us with another driver and quickly took us to the National Park. We walked all three circuits of the park and saw the Falls from every angle. Despite only having one day, we never felt rushed or that we missed out. Perfect MUST-DO Day Tour! Well-organized from start to finish, from hotel pickup to the airplane logistics and back to BA. We were picked up at 5:00 AM to catch the 6:30 AM flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our guide, who stayed with us the entire day until our return flight. Our 4:30 PM flight was slightly delayed, but we were back at our BA hotel by 8:00 PM. Iguazu Falls is a must-see, truly one of the world’s natural wonders.

Very well-organized day trip with excellent communication. The falls themselves were spectacular, and our wonderful guide, Gaston, arranged the boat trip for us. It was an extra cost, but absolutely worth it to get so close to the falls and experience the full power of the water (and get drenched in the process!). Highly recommended!

Thankfully, I was able to contact the tour company immediately—even at 10 PM—and they resolved the issue quickly. Fantastique journée ! Notre taxi est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel à 5h du matin pour nous conduire à l’aéroport. À notre arrivée à Iguazú, notre adorable guide francophone nous attendait avec le sourire. Un minibus confortable et luxueux nous a conduits jusqu’à l’entrée du parc. Nous avons été pris en charge toute la journée avec beaucoup d’attention. L’excursion en bateau (en supplément) nous a permis de voir les chutes de très près — une expérience inoubliable ! En fin de journée, nous avons repris notre vol, et à notre arrivée à Buenos Aires, notre taxi nous attendait pour nous ramener à l’hôtel. L'organisation et la réactivité de Maximo de BA Tour sont exemplaires. C’est probablement l’un de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce voyage. Encore merci pour cette excursion exceptionnelle !

Upon arrival at the Iguazú airport, I was warmly welcomed by my guide, Rodolfo, and we began the tour immediately. As we entered the National Park, Rodolfo shared fascinating insights about the local wildlife and explained the rangers' efforts in implementing a breeding program for pumas. Throughout the day, he demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the park’s flora and fauna, and guided me to stunning views of the waterfalls from both the yellow and blue trails. Rodolfo also made sure I had a suitable lunch at the food court, carefully selecting options that met my gluten-free vegetarian needs. His attention to detail and deep understanding of the park made this an unforgettable experience.
