WHO WILL BE YOUR TOUR GUIDE?
After I have received your request, I will check our availability and will inform you the name of your tour guide. Quality of service and tour itinerary will be the same with any of my expert colleagues.
Jewish tours are conducted only by Jewish guides (Máximo, Victoria, Ilan and Matías).
City Tour, Tigre Tour and Gaucho Tour are conducted by any of the tour guides of the team.
Colonia Tour (Uruguay) is conducted by Irma.

PRIVATE TOURS
All the tours are in private. I can not arrange shared tours.
HOW TO BOOK
The best way to make a reservation is to fill out the corresponding forms for each service you would like to reserve (tours, transfers or tango shows). If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
RECOMMENDED TOURS
If it is your first time in BA, taking a classic city tour and going to a tango show is a must. For the remaining days you can take the Tigre Tour, the Gaucho Tour or the excursion to Colonia (Uruguay).
If you belong to the Jewish community, the Jewish Buenos Aires tour is a very interesting option to learn about the community in BA.
You can also combine any half day tours as you like to do a full day tour (i.e. City Tour + Jewish Tour, City Tour + Tigre Tour, etc.).
Should you not find a tour that suits you, I will gladly tailor one according to your preferences.
RATES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options are:
• Cash payment directly to your guide after the tour (USD, EUR, ARG).
• Prior arrival by credit card (through Paypal). I will send you an invoice through Paypal.
Comments:
Colonia Tour requires prepayment.
Gaucho Tour requires a down payment of USD 80 per person
CANCELLATION POLICY
I would deeply regret your decision of cancel your reservation, however I understand that there are always reasons and this can happen.
If you decide to cancel, I would appreciate you send me an e-mail at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to date or no-show will be charged 100% of the total price (I will send you a payment request through Paypal).
LANGUAGES
All our tours are conducted in English, but I can provide you with a tour guide speaking almost any language. If you want a language other than English please let me know during the booking procedure.
PICK-UP TIME & PLACE
Your personal tour guide will pick you up at the agreed time and place.
Hotels: at the lobby.
Apartments: downstairs.
Cruise Ships: at the arrivals hall, holding a sign where it will be written your name.
DROP OFF
The tour will end up at the same place where it started. Upon request your tour guide will drop you off at the place of your interest after the tour.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
From the Airport
Your personal driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall holding a sign where it will be written your name. No matter your flight arrives earlier or it is delayed, the driver will be there at the same time your flight lands (we will track your flight number on the Internet). After meeting you, he will help you with your luggage and take you to your hotel.
To the Airport
Your personal driver will pick you up at the agreed time and place to take you to the airport. Recommended pick up times are:
International Airport – 3 hours before flight departure
Domestic Airport – 2 hours before flight departure
