Booking
• Reservations will be made under the name of the client (the contact name specified on the form) and the name of our tour agency. Do not exist fisical tickets for the show.
• You do not have to show any receipt nor voucher at the show. You will just need to tell your name at the entrance.
• If you wish, you will be able to print a receipt after making payment.
• Tables and seats are assigned by the show the same day of the show. It is not possible to book any particular table/seats.
• Our client service team will contact you through e-mail  in the following 24 hours after having received your payment to confirm your reservation and the details for the transfer to the show.
 
Payment method and Cancellation policy
• Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINNERS.
• Payment is not refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
• If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please send us an e-mail up to 5 hours prior to time of pick up.
